FAMOC · FancyFon

A console that keeps the fleet on your APN.

FAMOC is the mobile-device management platform of the Polish company FancyFon. It runs Android as a fully managed device, with a work profile on company-owned hardware, and as a dedicated device — kiosk mode, COSU. It also runs Apple devices. We sell it and deploy it together with a private APN. We are not an official FancyFon partner.

World Support Service sells and deploys MDM, including FAMOC and Samsung Knox, and is an Android Enterprise zero-touch reseller. The named mobile-network partner is Play. We are not an official FancyFon or Samsung partner. There is no price list.

What FAMOC actually does

01

Remote wipe

An emergency action from the console: the whole device or the memory card, immediately or on a schedule, after the administrator’s password.

02

Kiosk (COSU)

The device stays on one role, for example a terminal or a POS. Service mode can be opened from the console. Enrolment creates a PIN that can leave kiosk mode even when the device has no network.

03

Three Android models

Separate policies for a fully managed device, a work profile on company-owned hardware, and a dedicated device.

04

Applications

Android Enterprise and Managed Google Play. The allow-list and the block-list stay in policy, not in the user’s pocket.

05

Inventory

Devices, logs and reports in one console. The fleet is visible before anyone reports a loss.

06

Enrolment at first boot

FAMOC documents integration with Android Enterprise zero-touch and with Knox Mobile Enrollment. We use those when the customer’s account exists. That is not a Samsung partnership and not a FancyFon partnership.

Security angle

  1. Kiosk mode hides settings. The person at the counter cannot switch the APN from the terminal.
  2. An app allow-list removes the store and the browser where the role does not need them.
  3. A lost POS can be wiped from the console, and the SIM suspended on the APN list.
  4. Pinning the private APN belongs to fully managed device policy, where the console exposes that setting. We do not claim every work profile has the same lever.

NIS2 and KSC

A fleet inventory, a forced configuration and a wipe of lost hardware are material for describing assets and response. They do not replace an information-security management system, incident handling or an audit. We do not certify NIS2 or KSC compliance.
