What the form sends us

Company, Polish tax ID (NIP), name, work email, phone, estimated number of SIMs or devices, the chosen use case, whether the organisation is in scope of NIS2/KSC, the message, plus the page address and UTM parameters if you arrived from a campaign.

The tax ID identifies the company. A suggested name, when one appears, comes from the Polish statistical register (REGON) or — if the statistics API key is not connected — from the VAT taxpayer list. You do not have to accept the suggestion.

Why, and on what basis

We process the data to answer a proposal request from a company or institution and, if it goes further, to prepare a deployment. The basis is consent given in the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and, once pre-contract talks start, Article 6(1)(b).

The form is not used for a newsletter. We do not collect a separate marketing consent here.

Who receives the data

The enquiry is delivered to [email protected]. The technical recipients are the mail provider of that mailbox and the party hosting this website. The processor’s name and any transfer outside the EEA will be added to this notice when mail hosting is connected at deployment.

The Cloudflare Turnstile check, started when the form is submitted, may process technical connection data at Cloudflare. The widget loads when you begin the form.

How long

For the life of the correspondence about the enquiry. If a contract follows — for its term and the limitation period for claims and accounting duties. Enquiries that do not become a contract are deleted when the matter ends, and no later than the controller’s retention rule requires.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not undo a message already sent. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO).

Providing the data is voluntary, but without a company, a contact path and consent we cannot prepare a reply.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not embed advertising analytics and does not set its own tracking cookies. UTM parameters are kept in the browser sessionStorage so they can be attached to the form you send.

Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie required to check that a person submitted the form. We load that mechanism only at the form.
