Two paths
Primary LTE and a backup on a second network or on a second Peplink link.
Alarms and notification
Alarm systems, SOS buttons, transmission to a monitoring station, site monitoring, a fire signal where connectivity complements an installation, and notifying people. Reliability here means a second radio path, no public address, and termination at a station you control.
ExampleExample: 30 sites with an alarm panel and an SOS button. Transmission uses the private APN to the monitoring station, and the duty team starts CerberSOS. An illustrative scenario, not a client reference. We are not a fire brigade and we do not replace a required fire-alarm system.

The alarm ends with you, not on an open host.
CerberSOS calls the group by voice and SMS. The APN carries the signal from the site.
An alarm transmitter on a public APN is both the site’s lifeline and a device a scan can find. One SIM on one operator is also one coverage failure.
The site panel joins the private APN, often with a second SIM from another network on a Peplink router. The signal ends at the monitoring station behind the firewall. People — evacuation, assembly, the duty team — are called by CerberSOS: parallel voice and SMS, retry, a report of who answered. That is a separate layer from transmission off the site.
Continuity of notification and a trace of who received the message support a description of event handling. They are not NIS2 compliance and not a fire-installation certificate.
